Terms and conditions
Last updated: June 15, 2026. These terms apply when you browse, create an account, place an order, request custom work, choose pickup or delivery, or use Skein Scene services.
Agreement
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns and Refunds page, and any order-specific instructions shared during checkout or support.
Handmade product nature
Skein Scene products are handmade. Small variations in size, texture, color, stitch placement, shape, and finishing may occur. These variations are part of handmade work and do not always mean the product is defective.
Product information
We try to keep photos, descriptions, prices, materials, colors, stock, offers, and delivery information accurate. Actual colors may vary slightly because of lighting, screen settings, yarn batches, or photography conditions.
Order confirmation
Placing an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance. Orders are confirmed after checkout details, stock availability, payment status, and fulfilment details are verified.
Pricing and offers
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Offers, discounts, and free-shipping thresholds may change from time to time. The applicable price is the price shown during checkout at the time of order.
Payments
Payment must be completed through the available checkout method or the agreed custom-order method. If payment fails, is reversed, or is not received, the order may be delayed or cancelled.
Custom orders
Custom colors, sizes, bouquets, names, gift notes, and made-to-order products may need extra time, advance payment, or separate confirmation. Custom orders may not be cancellable once work has started.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests should be raised as early as possible. Ready-stock orders can usually be cancelled before packing or dispatch. Custom or personalized orders may not be cancelled after production begins.
Delivery and pickup
Delivery and pickup options depend on product availability, customer location, store settings, and order confirmation. Pickup address or timing is shared after the order is confirmed.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate contact details, delivery address, pickup availability, product selections, and custom-order instructions. Delays caused by incorrect details may not be the store's responsibility.
Website use
Customers should not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false orders, copy store content without permission, or interfere with checkout, account, or payment systems.
Changes to these terms
Skein Scene may update these terms when store operations, checkout options, fulfilment methods, or legal requirements change. The latest version published on this website will apply.
