Eligible orders above Rs 1999/- qualify for free shipping. Final eligibility is based on the payable order value after discounts and before any later cancellation, return, or order edit.

Ready-stock products are packed after payment confirmation and order verification. Custom, personalized, bouquet, baby outfit, or made-to-order products may need additional making time before dispatch.
Delivery availability
Delivery options depend on store settings, product availability, customer location, courier coverage, and order type. Available delivery choices and fees are shown during checkout where enabled.
Free shipping
Free shipping is available on eligible orders above Rs 1999/-. If an offer, coupon, return, cancellation, or order edit brings the payable order value below the threshold, shipping charges may apply.

For orders below the free-shipping threshold, shipping charges may be added at checkout or confirmed during support. Charges can vary based on delivery location, product size, packaging, and courier service.
Delivery timeline
Ready products are usually packed quickly after confirmation. Courier timelines can vary by location, weather, courier workload, holidays, address accuracy, and customer availability.
Pickup orders
Pickup is available only after order confirmation. Pickup location and time are shared directly with the customer. Please do not visit before receiving pickup confirmation.
Tracking
When tracking is available, order updates can be checked from the Track Order page using the order details. For custom or local pickup orders, updates may also be shared through support.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and correct address, phone number, pincode, and landmark if needed. Incorrect details can cause delay, failed delivery, or extra courier charges.
Damaged or missing items
If an item arrives damaged or something is missing, contact support as soon as possible with order details, unpacking photos or video, and clear images of the packaging and product.
